HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION?

You can make a reservation by calling (404) 934-5502 or on-line on our home page.

WHEN CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION?

You can make your reservations at any time. We are open 24 hours a day, 365 days. If you are making your reservations online, it must be 24 hours before the scheduled pick up time.

WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION OF MY RESERVATION

If you use our online reservation, you will receive an email confirmation within 5 hours. If you do not receive it, please call us at (404) 934-5502.

HOW DO YOU KNOW MY FLIGHT IS IN?

We use flight tracking systems to know you have landed. If the flight is delayed, early or canceled we know about it.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY RESERVATION?

Call us at (404) 934-5502 with any changes or additional information.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR SERVICE?

We accept American Express, Master-Card, Visa or Cash.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We provide a refund when you notify us at least 2 hours in advance of your pick up time over the phone. If you want to notify us of your cancelation by email, it must be done 24 hours in advance. No shows will be charged full amount + 20%.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY CAR IS NOT THERE?

Call us immediately at (404) 934-5502 if you do not see the driver right away and we will make sure you and the driver connect.

HOW DO I MEET MY DRIVER AT THE AIRPORT?

A call at (404) 934-5502 and we’ll dispatch your driver to meet you by the curb. We also provide “Meet & Greet” service for an additional $10 surcharge and the driver will meet you with the sign at the luggage claim area.
